What’s NZDF Leadership all about?

I was privileged to have been in the NZ Army’s project team that implemented the first iteration of a comprehensive leadership framework - we made this happen between 2007 and 2012 - a heady and exciting five years of breaking new ground. These five years of experimentation and adaption was the catalyst for even greater things.

In 2012 the framework was refreshed and adapted across the entire NZDF. Now, some thirteen years after the first foray into committing to leadership excellence, the NZDF is regarded as being a world-leader in the development of leaders.
