Rob Hoult is the face behind Team Leader. Rob completed a thirty-year career in the NZ Defence Force and was the driving force behind the transformation of the Army’s leadership programme. Rob brings this wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to your organisation through Team Leader leadership workshops, coaching and consulting.

Lieutenant Colonel Rob Hoult learned about leadership the hard way: by being thrown into some delicate situations in some dangerous environments. What he found out surprised him: that true leadership isn't about knowing more, it's about putting people first.
