Finding it a challenge to get work done at home?

It’s probably fair to say that each of us is finding it somewhat of a challenge getting work done at the moment.

Partly, this is because of the the massive case of uncertainty we’re dealing with. Facing uncertainty is stressful, as humans are an animal that crave control. It’s perhaps also hard because we’re trying to juggle so many responsibilities or concerns - work, family, wellbeing, all under one roof, all at one time.

In many of the senior leadership programmes that I’m involved with we spend some considerable time helping leaders develop strategies to help them cope with stress.
