Leadership and personality…complex stuff!

Ongoing research tells us that who we are is how we lead. In other words, our personality and the behaviours that we demonstrate have a significant impact on our ability to influence others. Leadership behaviour comes from the essense of who we are as individuals.

The study of personality is well advanced, yet a number of myths perpetuate. One of these concerns our supposed preference for being ‘left brain’ or ‘right brain’ thinkers.
