Enhanced Programme Options:
Benchmark 360 Report
It makes good sense to measure how successful you’ve been in implementing what you’ve learned on the Leadership 101 Programme. You can do this by completing a Benchmark 360 Report prior to the first module of you Leadership 101 Programme, and again six months later.
The Benchmark 360 is suited to leaders below the General Manager level.
This report collates the feedback from your manager(s), peers, direct reports and any other raters you require.
The fee of $1095 for this option includes a one-hour, one-on-one debrief by telephone or Skype for each of the reports.
Administrative requirements mean that if you choose this option, you must initiate the process four weeks prior to your Leadership 101 Programme.
Leader Versatility Index (LVI) 360 Report
This is a high-level 360 report designed for senior leaders, especially those at the General Manager level or above.
If you select this option, you will complete the LVI prior to the Leadership 101 Programme, and again six months later.
This report collates the feedback from your manager(s), peers, direct reports and any other raters you require.
The fee of $2350 for this option includes a one-hour, one-on-one debrief by telephone or Skype for each of the reports.
Administrative requirements mean that if you choose this option, you must initiate the process four weeks prior to the first module of your Leadership 101 Programme.
Both of these options would be delivered subsequent to your attendance on the Leadership 101 Programme.
